What is required to cancel my contract?

After your minimum rental period a 2 weeks notice period is required before vacating. This can be given verbally, emailed, or faxed. Upon completion of your moveout a refund cheque will be processed. After processing, your refund will be sent to you within a maximum of 14 days along with any rental days unused after the notice period.
